BSP Threaded Fitting
- The BSP threaded fitting is spin welded into place, giving a female BSP thread that is now an integral part of the product.
- Available in a range of standard BSP Threads, 1/2”-3”
- Available in Black or Natural Polyethylene, other colours available on request.
- White Polypropylene BSP Spinwelds are available.
- Driver plugs can be fitted with an ‘O’ ring to create a watertight seal.

Features
- Eliminate operator error as the fitting is visible throughout the Spinweld operation.
- Reduce time and cost by using one low cost steel router bit to fit any size BSP Threaded Spinweld.
- Better stability of router when applying fitting to product and router bits are less prone to damage.
- Option of leaving the driver plug in the tank, ensuring it’s fully sealed, with no access for contaminants into the tank during transport or storage.
- Eliminate potential damage to the tank surface from the router bit during the fitting of the Spinweld, as the driver plug is inside the maximum diameter of the fitting.
- Reuse the driver plug to fit any similar sized threaded fittings.
- 3 inch BSP Threaded Fitting can be inserted using the Spinweld Driver Disk as well as 90mm and 100mm Two Start Threads and the Test Patch Cap.
- A square drive router bit, which we can supply fits the driver plug.
- A single or double threaded end barrel nipple can also be created by
- welding it into MDPE pipe with internal diameter to match the hole saw size.
