Indac’s first taste of the wine industry began with the use of our fish bins by one of Marlborough’s largest wineries to hand pick into.
We have developed many useful and interesting products since then with a focus on solving industry problems.
One such issue was the transportation of un-bottled wine. filling tanker trucks to capacity was not an option as New Zealand roading laws and weight restrictions made this unviable. but sloshing wine in a half-full tanker comes with many problems, so the ullage float was born.
